Cancellation Policy

At Evexia Day Spa, we value both our clients' time and that of our staff. To ensure we can accommodate all guests, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee up to 50% of the scheduled service value. Clients who do not attend their appointment without notice ("no-shows") may be charged 100% of the scheduled service value. We understand that emergencies can arise and will consider the circumstances at our discretion. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
